How to write a bill for congress. I am hoping to create a method that allows citizens to write bills for congress that I can sponsor. Attached are several documents to help you to write a bill. I only request that you write these bills with quite a few other people working on it as well. I am also looking for a way to perform online sign up list so that many others can add their names to the bill as well. My job as your representative is to sponsor your bills. It is actually very simple to write a bill, but more signatures on the bill will greatly help getting it to be considered in committee so that it can go to the floor for a vote.
